that's a nice looking bar... cheap and functional!... i was working on designs for a winch bumper and push/light bar, until i was given an H1 bumper and brush...
I don't see a problem attaching a light bar to the bumper, as long as there's a nice size plate on each side of the bumper. I would drill the bumper & bolt it ...
The issue with bumper mounting isn't just one of security..... The light beams will wiggle up and down in an annoying way while driving, because of the 'lever...
