So when you lower the trans. the t-case will lower with it. What vehicle and 4x4 conversion do you have?   And as far as shimming the axles for pinion angle, you can find shims of different angles at your local spring shop or look around online. It will be trial and error. After you lower everything, it needs to be driven. I usually lower the t-case about an inch by lowering the trans. cross member by drilling 2 new holes in the frame 1 inch below the existing holes for the crossmember. You can go even lower but you need to make a small bracket to support the cross member to the bottom of the frame. The top hole in the x-member still goes through the frame and the bottom hole attaches to the bracket and the bracket to the frame. The floor is nearly on the frame, and on my built up frame with the 4X4 drive train the transfer case sits about 4 inch above the frame.Has any one delt with angling the motor an trany and achieving a proper pinion angle. If any one has one or knows where I can find pic's of work done on one pleas let me know.
